Work Smarter with Web 2.0 Tools

I was excited when I saw the question above on LinkedIn because I’m always interested to find out what other people are using to make their life easier at work. I’m glad I checked in on this otherwise I wouldn’t have found out about

Jing allows you to capture any image on your desktop (includes adding text and arrows) and gives you the option of creating videos. Jing then gives you a link that you can share with your co-workers so they can see exactly what you see.

Now you can avoid lengthy and drawn out text tutorials with Jing. This is absolutely what I needed in the office.

Here’s a video about Jing:

Vodpod videos no longer available.

So what about you? What Web 2.0 tools do you find most useful for businesses?

Jing is great! I run a website for my family where we all have our own page. Most of the older family members are lost when it comes to anything relating to technology, so i used Jing to make tutorial videos for them. They found it really simple to use the videos as a guide. This saved me a ton of time. instead of opening emails about how to use the site, it was emails about how easy it was after seeing the video. ^_^ i think that Jing is fantastic and would recommend to anyone looking for an application like this.
